Nominations for the New Zealand Trotting Cup, of 4000sovs, limit 4.26, two miles, closed to-day at noon. This is the richest horse race decided in the Dominion and will, on this occasion, be decided in two heats and a final, the first four horses in each heat contesting the final. The nominations are:— Kohara, Author Jinks, Gold Jacket, King Pointer, .Terence Dillon, Roi L'Or, Imprint, Ahuriri, Linkman, Jewel Pointer, Daphne de Oro, Dundas Boy, Jack Potts, Quality, Peter Bingen, Prince Pointer, Logan Park, Great Bingen, Padlock, Kingcraft, Waitaki Girl", Cardinal Logan, Petenvah, Talaro.
