IN THE CROC'S GARDEN
NO ONE NAMES ALL PLANTS
GENERAL STANDARD VERY GOOD
Dear Boys and Girls, — .. • > . >. ■; • A host of entries for the "Crocodile's Garden" competition kept the judges busy for a very long time. Although no one obtained the correct solution, the work on the whole was good. It was not necessary to call upon the jokes to decide prize-winners, although seventeen entries contained but one mistake. In every 'case it was possible to judge on the merit of the word substituted for the one in the solution, and so the prizes were awarded. Similarly the. certificate winners were drawn from the remainder of the entries with one mistake and those containing two errors. : > Next week's competition fZfS - ■ takes the form of a very old ' ' favourite—the "follow on" word / i/ jrfP^^^ ,^^^ competition. Full particulars can S^COAJP^*^**'** o''^0 ''^ be had from "Our Competition. . '■■ : ■■ Corner."
