Finnerty, 3jo, 1 up; Miss I. Walker, 28, Mrs. Grant,; 33, Miss Easdown, 35, all square; Miss S'. Johnston? 26, Mrs. E. Alison, 34, Mrs. Restall, 36, - Miss F. Stitt, 36, 1 down. '."The Grevatt Cup competition has feached the fourth round, with the following results :—Mrs. Spinley beat Miss Carnachan, 2 and 1; Miss A. Grove beat Mrs. A. Swain, 5 and 4; Miss M. Miller beat Miss K. Churton, 4 and 3; Miss R. McCabe beat Miss S. .Totonston, 4 and 3. The semi-final must be played by October 7. The final of the president's match, between Mrs. Paterson and Mrs. Taylor, resulted in a win for the former, 1 up.
