MOUNT ALBERT GRAMMAR SCHOOL RECORDS FO.. ji-EEPLECHASE. Records in botli the senior and junior championship!; were registered in the Mount Albert Grammar School three miles steeplechase yesterday. Nearly 300 competitor? left the mark, and the race was watched by a good crowd of parents and friends. Results :— Senior Championship.—A. B. Browne 3, W. Briggs 2. C. G. Beale 3. Time, 35.50, a record. The standing record was 10.18, established by G. Browne last year. Junior Championship.—,T. W. Coney 1, R. Luxmoore 2, W. G. Miller 0. Time, 16.">6, i record. The previous record was 17.25, established by W. Briggs in 1926. Senior Handicap.—C. G. Bealc 1, R. S. Strange 2, 11. D. Ball 3. Junior Handicap.—R. Luxmoore 1, L. F. Grimmer 1!, J. D. Snow 3.
