1 'PLANE UXAF.LE TO LAND. (From Our Own Correspondent.) VANCOUVER, August 30. The unique experience of avoiding disaster when placed in jeopardy through a large number of whales, marked the recent flight of a Chicago party in. the Hudson Bay*district. For almost an hour the 'plane, which Lad developed engine trouble, _ was forced to cruise over the bay seeking a spot to land.
