DRUNKEN DRIVER PUNISHED.
NO LICENSE FOR TWO YEARS.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) PALMERSTON NORTH, Monday.
A dairy farmer, Francis Joseph Carroll. of Glenoroua, 15 miles from Paluierston North, pleaded guilty in the Magistrates Court to-day to a charge of being intoxicated while in charge of a motor car W the Square, Palmers ton North, on September 21.
Accused was fined £20. and the magistrate ordered that no driver's license be issued to him for two vears.
