(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) NAPIER, this day. William McDonegal Blake, car salesman, of Wellington, was to-day fined £20 for having been intoxicated while in charge of a car. His license was cancelled. For failing to stop when requested by a policeman he was fined £3.
