SECOND VICTORY SCORED. (Received 1 p.m.) SYDNEY, this day. The New Zealand University debaters, Messrs. Stalhvorthy, McLeod Hurley, scored their second victory, winning by an overwhelming majority. The New Zealanders affirmed that "Business is too much with us."
