SPRINKLERS IN BUILDINGS. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. The Wellington Eire Board decided to take steps to induce .the City Council to pass a by-law making compulsory ■the_ installation of sprinklers or other devices 'for effective fire protection in buildings above a certain size.
