The latest arrest is that of a motion pic.ture actor, Yokota, who is accused of a "friendly purchase" of a decoration from Amaoka. The scandal is connected chiefly with the coronation decorations and the alleged corruption involves huge sums of money at a time- when the public was being exhorted to practise the strictest economy for the restoration of the trade balance.
