Arrested And Questioned By Police. MAY BE DEPORTED ? (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) (Received 12 noon.) PARIS, October 8. There was a surprising development in the leakage of the Anglo-French naval compromise to-night when detectives arrested Harold Horan, the chief Paris correspondent of the Universal International News Services, which serve the Hearst Press. Mr. Horan was questioned and released. At present it is unknown whether he will be asked to leave the country or will be charged with the illicit use of confidential documents.
