AUTHORITIES TO ENFORCE ARM SIGNAL REGULATION.
Los Angeles police authorities have issued instructions to traffic men and patrolmen to require adequate and accurate signalling on the part of motorists. Many automobile collisions are caused by a failure t;o signal with the arm when coming to a stop or preparing to turn. Arrests will be made of those who offend. "Signal or suffer," says Chief Davis.
