BOYS TO BE THRASHED.
MAGISTRATE'S ORDER. SYSTEMATIC STEALDSG. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent) CHRISTCHURCH, Sunday. Two boys, who admitted the syste*" atic stealing of bicycles, spare parts ana accessories, were yesterday committal to the supervision of the child welian officer for two years and ordered to I#" ceive a good thrashing. There were eight charges against th> boys, covering the period between Mini and September of this year. Chief-Detective Carroll said the worked together. They had commitMd the thefts at night when returning fraa night school. All the stolen property had been recovered except one bicyde, valued at £3.
