MOUNT EDEN BATHS.
With regard to the proposal to expend a further £3500 on these baths I think it would be advisable for the council to state whether the bath fees are sufficient to cover the interest and sinking funds of past and the now proposed further expenditure. This is now a heavilyrated borough with every likelihood of higher rates. The information sought will assist ratepayers. RATEPAYER.
