DAIRY PRODUCE. Mr. W. W. Bowker _ has received the following cable from his London principals, A. J. Mills and Co., dated October 4:— Butter:—The market is slow. New Zealand Butter: Finest salted, 182/ to 184/ per cwt.; first grade, 178/ to 180/: Danish, 194/ to 196/; Irish, 174/ to 176/ Cheese:—The market is quiet. New Zealand Cheese: White, 112/, coloured 110/ per cwt.; Canadian, white, 112/, coloured 110/. Messrs. Dalgety and Co. have received the following cable from their London house, dated October 4:— Butter: New Zealand, finest salted, 178/ to 184/ per cwt; Danish, 190/; Australian, finest unsalted, 186/ to 188/; salted, 166/ to 172/; g.a.q., 160/ to 164/. Cheese: New Zealand, 111/ to 113/ per cwt; Canadian, 111/ to 113/ (c.i.f.), 107/, 108/. Both markets slow. Messrs. Norden and Co. have received the following cable from their London principals, Andrew Clement and Sons, dated October 4:—rNew Zealand butter: Market inactive. Salted, 182/; unsalted, 194/. New Zealand cheese: White, 112/; coloured, 110/.
