RAMPANT IN RUSSIA.

Lenin's Sister Reveals New Form Of Persecution. MURDER OF VILLAGERS. (United Service.) LONDON, October 3. The Moscow correspondent of the "Daily News" says Lenin's sister, Maria Ulianova, has submitted a report to a congress of editors describing a new persecution of the working classes. The report says: "Thirty-two of our village correspondents have been murdered in the past eight months. The I murderers are usually richer'peasants, against whom the present* land policy is directed. Houses, crops 'and grain stacks have been burnt and many workers have been beaten in the harvesting season. "The correspondents are Bolsheviks. They are stationed in the villages to fan the flames of class-war, launch Communist propaganda and invent slogans to antagonise the rich and the poor. The farmers report to the Soviet every occurrence, including, where harvested grain is hidden. •- "They are Moscow's eyes, without whom the collection of grain by the State would be impossible. Their isolation makes their position precarious. Many similar correspondents in factories are also persecuted."
