Tt is hereby publicly notified that at a Special Meeting of the Waitemata County Council, to be held at the Council Chambers, corner of Shortland and Princes Streets, Auckland, on the 19th day of October next, at noon, the following Special Resolution, Intended to act as a Special Order, will be submitted for consideration, and that a Pin of the proposed Water Supply District has been deposited at the Office of the said Council, where it is open for public Inspection during office hours. That the Waitemata County Council doth hereb> resolve, by Special Resolution intended to act as a Special Order, that the part of the County of Waitemata described in the Schedule hereto be declared to be • District for the purpose of the construct!** of water races therein. That the boundaries be as described in the Schedule hereto, that the said District be named the Parakal Water Supply District, and that the said District shall be constituted on and after December Ist, 1928.
