TRANSFER ANTICIPATED. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent) DUXEDIN, this day. Though no announcement has yet been made, it is virtually certain that the place of the late Mr. Justice Sim in Dunedin will be filled by Mr. Justice MacOregor, who. before lie was appointed to the Bench, practised in Dunedin for manv vears.
