ULIMAROA IN PORT. CANADIAN TRANSPORTER SA.TT.TTn. Arrivals at Auckland to-day included the Ulimaroa from Sydney and the Waipahi from Cook Islands, while the Danybryn, which arrived last night from Java, berthed thi* morning at Chelsea to discharge her cargo of sugar. The only other overseas steamer due at Auckland this week is the Waikawa, which expects to arrive from Los Angeles to-morrow morning. There were no departures for overseas ports later than the Canadian Transporter, which sailed last evening for New York, Boston and Montreal.

Niagara is due at Aucki land next Monday morning, and is announced to resume her voyage to Sydney ' at 11 the same day.

The Tiro* sailed early this afternoon for Gisborne. The Awahou arrived this morning from Portland and berthed at the Central wharf. She is to sail for Gisborne, via Coast bays, at 5 p.m. to-day. Taking a full cargo of New Zealand produce, the Canadian National steamer, Canadian Transporter sailed last evening for New York. Boston and Montreal. To continue loading for London, the Commonwealth and Dominion Line steamer Port Dunedin Is to sail to-morrow afternoon for New Plymouth and Wellington. She is to be dispatched finally from the latter port on October 17. With general merchandise from West Coast ports of Great Britain, the Shaw, Savill and Albion steamer Matakana left Liverpool for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dnnedin last Saturday. She is due at Auckland about November 5. Bringing general cargo for discharge at Suva, Auckland and Wellington, the Federal steamer Norfolk was dispatched from London on Sunday, She is due here on November 7. To continue discharge of her cargo of case oil from Port Arthur (Texas) the Norwegian motor ship Vestvard is to .sail tomorrow for Napier, Wellington aid Tasmanian and Australian ports. The following vessels are expected to be within range of the Auckland wireless statioa to-night:—'Mauri Pomare, Moeraki, Baron Inchcape, Canadian Transporter, Pakeha, H-M.s. Veronica, Waikawa. The local office of the N.Z. Shipping Co. advises that the steamer Ruapehu, en route from Wellington to Southampton and London. arrived at Panama on September 28, and cleared Colon the following day. Arriving in Auckland this morning, the Huddart-Parker steamer Ulimaroa berthed at the Queen's wharf to land passengers, mails and cargo from Sydney. Generally fair weather prevailed on the voyage. The vessel is to sail on her return voyage to Sydney at 11 a.m. on Friday. An arrival at Auckland last evening was the steamer Danybryn, with a full cargo of raw sugar from Java. She anchored in the stream for the night and berthed this morning at Chelsea to discharge. Spedding, Ltd., are the local agents. From Los Angeles, via Apia, the Cnion Co.'s steamer Waikawa expects to arrive at Auckland at 5.30 to-morrow, according to her latest report, and will berth at the Prince's wharf to unload the local portion of her cargo of lumber, case oil and general merchandise. Her other ports of discharge are Nelson, Bluff, Melbourne and Sydney. Cabled advic£ from Sydney confirms the arrival this morning of the Union Company's steamers Maheno and Marama, with passengers, malls and cargo from Auckland and Wellington respectively. Both vessls are to leave there again next Friday, the Marama for Auckland and the Maheno for Wellington, and are due at .their respective ports the following Tuesday. A record passage of six days nine hours and a-half was made by the Union Company's steamer Waipahi, which arrived this morning with a cargo of fruit from the Cook Islands. She is discharging at the King's wharr, and Is announced to sail for Suva on Friday to load for Auckland, replacing the Tofua. THE GOLDEN STATE. At present discharging Pacific Coast cargo at the Central wharf, the P. and O. Line steamer Golden Stat will commence loading here for San Francisco, and is announced to sail at noon on Friday for Wellington and Dnnedin to put out the remainder of her cargo and fill np with New Zealand produce. She is scheduled to clear Dunedin for San Francisco on October 9. (Henderson and Macfarlane, Ltd., agents.) UNION COMPANY'S STEAMERS. The Wahnca is to sail at 4 p.m. to-day for Gisborne and Napier. The Waipiata is to sail to-morrow evening for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, Oam&ru and Tim&ru. The Bails Head is to sail at 11 p.m. to-day for Greymouth to load for Auckland. The Kurow is to leave Lyttelton at 4 p.m. to-day for Wellington and Auckland. The Kaitangata loads at Westport about Friday next for Auckland. The Kaimanawa left Wellington at 7 p.m. yesterday for Auckland. The Kamona left Gre ymouth at midnight last night for Auckland. The Kaiwarra left Westport at 11 p.m. yesterday for Auckland.
