EXCESS or ARRIVALS. FIGURES FOR SEPTEMBER. In the month of September, the number of people arriving in Auckland from overseas exceeded the departures by 137. In each of the preceding months of the present year the position was reversed. *Rom March onwards there is usuallv a big exodus of travellers to the old world, and last month there was a considerable pilgrimage Svdneywards for the Eucliarastie Congress.
