WILL HE ABDICATE?
Mussolini Would Enthrone King's Nephew* FRENCH REPORT. (United Service.) (Received 2 p.m.) PARIS, September 30. According to the newspaper "Quotidien" the King of Italy intends to issue a decree dissolving Parliament, then to abdicate. In this case, the paper states, Signer Mussolini will pass over the Crown Prince Umberto and enthrone the Duke of Apulia, the King's nephew.
