Allow me a little space to try to bring s ®^ s ® tp the motor cyclists who are undoubtedly killing the joy of motor cvclin£r. On Saturday last at 12.30 two n:adn.en tore up Graiton Road at a spe->d I am sure was not less than 45 miles per hour. Onlookers were also amazed at the speed at which tier crossed Grafton Bridge. I for one will willingly pay two shillings on December 15 to see these speed kings race at Takapuna, but I strongly object to such behaviour n a city street/ Another dangerous practice is carrving children on motor cycle tanks. We fought hard for pillion riding. Let us at least show the public that we appreciate such a clean, neat form of transport. Riding is safe behind, but obviously not in front. MOTOR CYCLIST
