RUGBY, September 28.

The Prince of Wales and the Duke of Gloucester landed at Mombasa, Africa, to-day, and were given an enthusiastic greeting by Europeans. Indians. Arabs, Goaus and great crowds of Africans. Instead of taking a direct route to Government House they passed through the narrow, winding streets of old Mombasa, with its native dwellings, and visited the war memorial on the way.
