VESTVARD ARRIVED.

TOFUA DUE MONDAY.

The port continues to be fairly busy. Last evening the Golden State arrived from Los Angeles, fololwed by the Vestvard from Texas this morning, while the Canadian Transporter, for final homeward loading, will arrive this afternoon. Expected arrivals on Monday include the Danybryn from Java, the lonic from London, via Wellington, the Port Dunedin from South for homeward loading and the Tofua from Fiji, Tonga and Samoa. The Ulimaroa from Sydney and the Waipahi from the Cook Islands, are due on Tuesday.

This morning the Pakeha was dispatched for Montevideo and London, while the Turakina for Wellington, and the Maui Pomare for Norfolk Island, are announced to sail this afternoon. ARRIVALS—YESTERDAY. (Withdraws and Tahiti resumes.) UNION CO.'S STEAMERS. The Wingatui sailed early this afternoon for Napier, Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, Oamaru, and Timaru. The Waimea left Napier at 5.30 p.m. yesterday for Auckland, where she is due tomorrow. She is to berth at the Queen's wharf, and is to sail again for Gisborne and Napier at 4 p.m. on Tuesday. The Waipiata expects to arrive at 5 p.m. to-day from southern ports, and will discharge at the Prince's wharf. She is to sail on Wednesday next for Wellington, Lyttelton, Dunedin, Oamaru, and Timaru. The Balls Head arrived from Greymouth this morning, and berthed at the Prince's wharf. After discharge she is to return to Greymouth. The Kaimanawa left Westport at 8 a.m. yesterday for Wellington and Auckland. She arrived at Wellington this morning, and !s to resume her voyage to' Auckland on Monday.

The Kaiwarra arrived at Westport at 10 a.m. yesterday, to load for Auckland, and is to leave there on Monday or Tuesday. After discharge here she is to go to Newcastle. The Kurow left Oamaru at midnight last night for Auckland, via Timaru, Lyttelton, and Wellington. She arrived at Timaru at 6 a.m. to-day, and sails for Lyttelton at 6 p.m. The Katoa is due at Port Craig to-morrow to load timber for Wellington and Auckland. She is to complete her cargo at Bluff and Dunedin, and after discharge of the Wellington portion, will return to Lyttelton to fill up with general cargo before coming to Auckland. NORTHERN COMPANY'S MOVEMENTS. Projected Departures. In continuation of her ▼a»j»ge from Syduey and Auckland, the Union Co.'s R.M.m.s. Aorangi cleared Snva yesterday for Honolulu and Vancouver. She is due at Vancouver on October 12. The Union Co.'s passenger steamer Manuka Is due at Bluff from Melbourne on Monday. She is to sail again for Melbourne from Wellington next Saturday. DANYBRYN WITH SUGAR. An expected arrivel at Auckland on Monday next is the steamer Danybyrn with a full cargo of raw sugar from Java' for discharge at Chelsea. (Spedding, Ltd., agents.) TOFUA DUB MONDAY. Due at Auckland on Monday with passengers, mails and cargo from FIJI, Tonga and Samoa, the Union Co.'s 6teamer Tofua is to berth at the Queen's wharf. After discharge she is to lay up for annual overhaul and survey. WITHIN WIRELESS RANGE. The following vessels are expected to be within range of the Auckland wireless Station to-night:— To-day and Sunday — Aorangi, Gallic, Atholl, Tofua, Danybryn, Moeraki, Waipahi, Veronica, Maheno, Ulimaroa. With frnit from Rarotonga the Union Co.'s steamer Waipahi is due at Auckland on Tuesday and will berth at the King's wharf. After discharge she will load for Suva in place of the Tofua, and is announced to sail on Friday. lONIC TO DISCHARGE. Having left Wellington at 7 a.m. to-day. the Shaw, SaviU ana Albion steamer lonic should arrive at Auckland on Monday morning, and is tm berth at the Prince's wharf to complete discharge of her general cargo from London. Cabled advice from Sydney confirms the departure from there at 1 p.m. yesterday of the Hnddart-Parker steamer Ulimaroa, with passengers, malls and cargo for Auckland. She is due here on Tuesday morning, berthing at the Queen's wharf, and is to sail on her return trip at 11 a.m. on Friday. WAIKAWA FROM LOS ANGELES. No further word has been received from the Union Co.'s steamer Waikawa, which is scheduled to reach Auckland on Tuesday from Los Angeles, via Apia. has case oil. lumber and general cargo from Vancouver, Powell River, Union Bay, San Francisco and Los Angeles. From Auckland she is to go to Nelson, Bluff, Melbourne and Sydney to complete discharge. PORT DUNEDIN TO LOAD. Leaving Napier at midnight to-night, the Commonwealth and Dominion Line steamer Port Duneflln is due at Auckland on Monday and will berth at the Queen's wharf to continue loading for London. From Auckland she is to go to New Plymouth and Wellington to fill up, sailing finally from the latter port about October 17. (Heather, Roberton, Ltd., agents.) CANADIAN TRANSPORTER. For final loading for New York. Boston and Montreal, the Canadian National steamer Canadian Transporter is expected to arrive at Auckland this afternoon from Wellington. She is to berth at the Western wharf to refuel, shifting to the King's wharf on Monday to load. It is hoped to dispatch her for New York on Monday afternoon. PHOSPHATE LOADINGS. 1 Henderson and Macfarlane, Ltd., announce the following phosphate loadings for New Zealand: — The Antonio is to load at Makatea In October, for New Zealand ports. The Saltersgate leaves Nauru early in October, for Auckland. The Nauru Chief loads at Ocean Island towards the end of October, for Auckland. The Atholl, from Nauru, expects to arrive at New Plymonth on Monday. She is to complete discharge at Wanganul. VESTVARD ARRIVED. To the agency of Robert Millar and Co., Ltd., the Norwegian motor ship Vestvard (Captain C. Chrlstophereen) arrived at Auckland this morning with a full cargo of case oil from Port Arthur (Texas) for the Texas Oil Co., Ltd. She is at the Western wharf. Leaving Port Arthur on August 22, the Vestvard experienced fine weather in the Gulf of Mexico and passed through Panama Canal on August 28. Fine' weather continued until last week, when she encountered a strong westerly gale, with high head seas, which delayed her arrival by about two days. The Vestvard is to be dispatched on Wednesday night for Napier, New Plymouth, Wellington, Beauty Point, Melbourne and Fremantle. GOLDEN STATE DISCHARGING. An arrival at Auckland last evening was the Oceanic and Oriental Navigation Co.'s steamer Golden State with three million, feet of lumber and three thousand tons of case oil and general cargo from the* Pacific Coast. She is discharging the local portion at the Queen's wharf to the agency of Henderson and Macfarlane, Ltd. Captain A. Skjellerup is still in command. The cargo was loaded at Vancouver, Seattle, Tecoma, Portland, Noyo, San Francisco and Los Angeles, and the vessel sailed from the last port on September 1. Fair weather was eyerlenced until the vessel neared the New Zealand coast, where strong westerly and south-westerly gales were encountered. Henderson and Macfarlane, Ltd., hope to dispatch the vessel on Friday for Wellington and Dunedin to complete discharge. C. AND D. LINE. LONDON—NEW ZEALAND. The steamer Port Napier left London on July 21 for Suva, Auckland, Dunedin and Bluff. She arrived at Auckland on September 11, and sailed for southern ports on September 18. The motor ship Port Dunedin left London on August 9 for Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Napier. She arrived at Lyttelton on September 15. The steamer Port Wellington Is to leave London on October 10 for Auckland, Wellington and New Plymouth. The steamer Port Melbourne is to leave London on December 12 for Dunedin, Lyttelton and New Plymouth. LIVERPOOL—NEW ZEALAND. The steamer Port Darwin left Liverpool on September 2 for Auckland, Wellington, I Lyttelton and Dunedin. She is due at Auckland on October 14. I The steamer Port Hunter left New York on August 24 for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. She arrived at Auckland on September 23 and sailed for Southern ports on September 26. The steamer Port Curtis is to leave New York during the Becond half of October for Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin. NEW ZEALAND—HOMEWARD.
