Branch, engineer to the Morrinsvillc Borough Council, as well as the use of the borough road plant. At last night's; council meeting it was recognised \hat the engineer could not be allowed to leave the borough for two months, although it was decided to hire out the plant to the Iluiitly Board and permit the engineer to spend a week in setting it in operation. c
