SEQUEL TO BURGLARIES

CHRISTCHURCH, Wednesda v

Thero have been several burglaries in unoccupied seaside hoiises at Taylor's Mistake, near Sunnier, recently.

Four youths were surprised yesterday in the locality with a sackful of parcels. These they promptly dropped and bolted down the hillside. . They were pursued by three men, but escaped in the direction of Lyttelton. The parcels were examined and found to contain a varied assortment of stolen goods.
