Ten tents have been erected on the Toitclside between Ktiakaka and One Tree Point to accommodate eighteen men who are engaged in draining a large area of < town Land 'vhich ia to be offered for set tlemcnt.
The work is being undertaken as a reli.'f fm- unemployment. Ten more men started work to-day.
