GERMANS TO EXPERIMENT.

LONDON, September 26.
The Berlin correspondent of the "Times" says the Minister of Posts, Dr. Schaetzel, has approved of the proposal by the Reich Wireless Commissioners for the experimental broadcasting of pictures by wireless. The British Fultograph systfm will be first tried.
