INCORRIGIBLE BOY THIEF.
(By Telegraph. — Press Association.) GISBORNE, this day. A native boy named Ruben Reluia, described by the police as an incorrigible thief, on five charges of theft of money at Tokomaru Bay, was to-day isenteneed to three vears at Borstal.
