SUCCESSFUL FLOTATIONS. The New Zealand Underwriting and Development Corporation, Ltd., report that the issues of 8 per cent preference shares and of 7% per cent mortgage debentures, advertised in the "Star" during the last few clays, have been over-sub-scribed iu each instance. An issue of 1000 first mortgage debentures carrying 7% per cent interest ie now being offered through the same organisation.
