OLD BOTS' REOTfIOM. TRIBUTES TO HEADMASTER (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.} HAMILTON, Monday. Tributes of high praise were paid Mr. E. Wilson, headmaster of the Hamiltoa High School, at the annual reunion of old boys to-day. Mr. E. F. Clayton Green*, who presided, said Mr. Wilson had the happy knack of getting to know the boy» thoroughly and getting the beet out of them. Mr. Wilson recalled that it was 26 years since he first came to Hamilton to teach a small company of boys in a room in the Hamilton West School. Itwaenot until July, 1911, that the school moved to the present block and took its position as one of the fully constituted high schools. The school atteedanc* had increased sine* then from 60 to nearly 400. The buildings were assuming a venerable and beautiful appearance and reminded him of some of the old English public schools. The institution had a good reputation for scholarships and games, while boys leaving the institution were becoming conspicuous for their fine character and good manners. The support of the oVI boyg for the Governor's request to the Government tor an unconditional grant of £20.000, to enable a hostel to be erected, and of projects for the construction of a swimming pool and entrance gates, was solicited bv Mr. Wilson, and promised. At the annual meeting of the OH Boye' Association the following officers were elected:—President, Mr. E. F. Clayton Greene; vice-presidents, Messrs. H. G. Carter and A. L. Tompkins; secretary, Mr. C. A. Speight; committee, Messr*. D. Malins, J. X. Baxter, J. R. FiUgwaM. «**. Hepburn, A. Johns. Mr. J. N. Baxter »*• elected a life member.
