WEEK-END THIEVES.

TFT FPIIONE AND POSTAL BOXES BROKEN OPEN. During the week-end two metal boxes containing money in telephone cabinets at Onehunga and Royal Oak were broken open and the contents extracted. A stamp-selling machine at Onehunga was also forced open and a number of pennies stolen, while a postal letter box in Pah Road was forced open. It is not known whether any letters are missing.
