WHANGAREI POST OFFICE. (By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WHANGAREI, this day. The Whangarei post office has been raised to a higher grade. Mr. G. H. Morrish, who has been postmaster for three years, has been promoted in the service, but will remain in Whangarei.
