CHRISTCHURCH, Friday,
It is stated that J. B. Batchelor, the missing Christchurch solicitor, has been located in Australia.
The police, it is reported, are unwilling to act unless his creditors provide the expenses of extradition. This the creditors have not yet decided to do.
