Having covered the two discs, take a length of ribbon about one and a-half weh« wide and cut from H a piece about two and a-half inches long. This w sewn on to the d*oyley holder to torm a hinge, and which win allow the r . to •* Kfted easily. It is essential that the cover may be secure, so two pieces of ribbon are attached, one to the top circle and one to the lower circle, so that they can be tied together in a neat bow. The d'oyley holder Is not hard to make, and, besides keeping your linen very neat, it also makes quite a pretty ornament on the sideboard.
