WEDDINGS OF THE WEEK.
ALLPORT—DONALDSON. The wedding was solemnised in the Maniirewa Presbyterian Church on Wednesday evening of Eric Arthur, only son of Mr. and Mrs. A. Allport, and Mary Francis, youngest daughter of Mrs. H. Donaldson, of Great South Road, Manurewa. The interior of the church was tastefully decorated with I pink and mauve streamers converging oh a pretty archway of lilies interspersed with greenery, and from which a large floral wedding bell was suspended; . The Rev. T. H. Roseveare, of P&patoetoe, officiated. The bride, who w?as given away by her brother, Mr. Robert Donaldson, wore a charming frock Of white crepe de chine heavily beaded, with Brussels lace veil and coronet of orange blossoms. She carried a dainty bouquet of. pink and white tones; The -bridesmaids were Mies Marjorie Donaldson, sister of the bride, and Miss Ada Bailey, both of whom were prettily attired in apricot and silver
