DOMINION PICTURE THEATRES.
NEW SHARE ISSUE,
In order to provide funds for expenditure recently incurred on improvements to the Princess Theatre, the leasees, the Dominion Picture Theatres Company, has decided to issue the remaining 5770 ordinary shares pro rata to shareholders, payable 10/ on application, and 10/ on allotment. In addition to meeting the cost of the improvements referred to it is proposed to reduce the mortgage on the company's freehold by at least £3000. JOSEPH NATHAN AND CO. Joseph Nathan and Co. (Australia), Proprietary, Ltd., has been registered in Sydney. The nominal capital is £175,000, in £1 shares, to acquire and run the business of Nathan and Co. (Australia), Ltd., and 'the Glaxo Manufacturing Co. (Australia), Ltd. Subscribers: V. Hyams and J. E. Nathan. PERDRIAU RUBBER. The directors of Perdriau Rubber Company, Ltd., report that publication of the balance-sheet this year -will be a little later than usual, on account of the desire of the directors to embody the result of the valuations of fixed assets in the account* for the year. The unaudited books of the company disclose a trading profit fully equal to that of last year. j : ! '
