NAPIER, Friday. An old man, John McCready, aged 75, an inmate of the Park Island Home was knocked down by a motor lorry on the Taradale-Napier Road about 8.30 a.m. to-day, and suffered injuries from which he died in the Napier Hospital at 11 a.m.
