LANG MOTION DEFEATED.

SYDNEY, this day,
The censure motion moved in the State Assembly by Mr. J. T. Lang, Labour leader, who charged the Premier. Mr. T. K. Bavin, with degrading and sullying the records of the Court, was defeated by 42 to 38 votes.
