The three guaranteeing Companies have a total paid-up capital of £251,750, and together they own, control or are interested in a circuit of 60 theatres throughout New Zealand. Tbe Debentures will be Issued and registered in the name of the holder, in multiples of £100, upon the following alternative terms :— 2/6 in the £ 1 on application, balance on allotment, or 2/G In the £1 on application, and 2/6 on allotment, the balance being payable in three quarterly payments of 5/ each.
