UNDEFENDED DIVORCE.

DECREE NISI GRANTED.

A decree nisi was granted Yvonne Helen Grimmer (Mr. J. J. Sullivan) this morning by Mr. Justice Reed in _ the Supreme Court from Harold Victor Grimmer, to whom she was married on June 27, 1921. There was one child. In January, 1924, the respondent left the petitioner and went to Sydney. A decree nisi was granted on the grounds of desertion, to be moved absolute in three mouths. The petitioner was chanted the interim custody of the child.
