McINNES WANTS FIGHTS. SUGGESTED MATCH WITH BROADFOOT. 4 ——— Tommy Mclnnes, the Scottish middleweight boxer who meets Ted Monson at the Town Hall on Monday evening, together with his trainer, Jack Warner, called at the " Star " office this morning to 6ay that he would like to meet Jim Broadfoot., the local middle-weight, before leaving New Zealand. He mentioned that Broadfoot was also anxious for the match. Mclnnes was offered a return fight-with Lachie McDonald at Christchurch, but as McDonald will not be ready to take the ring until November, the proposal could not be entertained. The. Scot is anxious to get another tight or two before leaving the Dominion, provided an opponent can be found for him within reasonable time.
