Mandeno Jactson reports the sale by public aution yesterday of 4J acres of land, with 3-roomed dwelling, dairy, cowshed and lean-to thereon, situate Long Bay. about 11 miles from Devonport wharf, for £870. T. Mandeno Jackßon sold by auction to-day a four-acre farmlet at North Shore lor £870. Palethorpe and Parkes sold a five roomed house at 23, Shaddock Street, Mt. Eden, for £600. A four-roomed bungalow at the corner of Torrance and Waiatr. Aveiues. Epsom, fetched £920. A leasehold farm of 432 acres and house, at Pukeatua. was sold by William A. Home, Ltd.. for £1350.
