(By Telpgrnph.—Own Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, this dav A commission has reported that the time is not opportune for Plimmerton, a popular summer resort near the entrance to the Ponrua Harbour, to become a town district, and recommends that a petition with that object be not granted.
