VOTE OF CENSURE.
Premier Charged With Sullying Records Of The Courts. MR. LANG'S MOTION. SYDNEY, September 10. In the New South Wales Legislative Assembly this afternoon the Leader of the Opposition, Mr. J. T. Lang, moved a vote of censure. He charged *lie Premier, Mr. T. R. Bavin, with degrading the judiciary and sullying the records of the Courts. He said Mr. Bavin's profession of cleansing public life from bribery and corruption was only a gesture. N.S.W. RAILWAYS. EARNINGS OF £19,029,512. SYDNEY, September 19. The New South Wales railways in the year ended June SO carried 541,500,000 passengers, and there was only one serious accident. The earnings totalled £19.029,512. The loss on working was £1,600,000.
