The Debentures will be issued and registered in the name of the holder, in multiples of £ 100, upon the following alternative terms :— 2/6 in the £ 1 on aplicatiopn, balance on allotment, or 2/6 in the £1 oil application, and 2/6 on allotment, the balance being payable in three quarterly payments of 5/ each.
