In al' except two offices an election was neces sary. The officers elected were : President Mr. H. Cleal (re-elected) ; commodore, Mr. G. Hogan (re-elected); vice-commodore, Mr. H. Schmidt (re-elected) ; vice-presidents, the same as last year with the addition of Mr. J. Bygate, senr.. and the committee to have power to add; club captain, Mr. R. K. Stacey (re-elected) ; reputy captain, Mr. It Mahon : hou. treasurer, Mr. R. Leabourne: hon. secretary, Mr. M. Barrett; executive committee. Messrs. A. Doull, G. Field, A. Ross, J. McComish, A. Andrews, J. Bygate. < W. H. Eaddy; trustees, Messrs. H. Cleal, J. Gentles, R. B. Young: hon. solicitor. Prof. R. M. Algie; hon. auditors, Messrs. R. Chappell, R. Rose; delegates to A.R.A., Messrs. G. Jonson, A. Ross. R. Mahon ; advisory committee, Messrs. A. Doull, R. K. Stacey. R. Mahon ; selection committee, left to the executive to decide.

The notice of motion introduced by R. K. Stacey. "To Increase the personnel of the executive from five members (as at present) to seven, and the quorum from five (as at present) to six," was carried. Owing to business reasons. Mr. A. Doull (secretary), and Mr. J.
