MANUKAU CLUB. "HANDICAPS FOR SATURDAY. The following handicaps have been declared by Mr. B. Jackson for the Manukau Amateur Cycling Club's 11-mile consolation race to be held over two laps of the Mangere circuit next Saturday, commencing at 2.15 p.m.:— C. G. Galbraith, scr; P. Piatt, S. Litchfield, 308; A. G. Baird, A. Sercombe, lm; R. G. Foubister, C. A. Clarke, lm 30s; K. Spragg, H. Borland, 2m; J. D. Scobie, L. S. Sherwood, H. J. McLaren, 2m 30s: S. R. Gibbs, F. Berry, M. Howie, E. M. Taylor, P. Greenaway, 3m; A. Rowe, R. E. Wright, L. H. Grafton, F. J. Hughes, H. V. Hamilton, 3m 30s; D. O'Connell, W. Grogan, W. Stainton, A. Cheenot, J. Aitken, 4m ; A. Reed, F. K. Glass, F. White> D. Bleakley, J. Livingstone, F. Gibbs, R. Calyon, 4m 30s: J. Mc Donald, R. J. Malam. C. Kay, T. Wright, C. Young, O. S. Young, sm. This event is open only to members who have not won a trophy during the season, and the race will finish In ample time to allow competitors to witness the finish of the professionals' Hamilton to Auckland race at the show grounds, Epsom. The 17-mile race for the Cotter Cup will be held on Saturday week.
