ANOTHER STAND AT TRENTHAM.

FOR OUTSIDE PUBLIC. Mention of the provision of an outeide grandstand at Trentham was made by Mr. Lan Duncan at the annual meeting of the Wellington Racing Club on Tuesday afternoon. The idea had been under consideration by the stewards for eotne years, and he was glad to be able to say that, notwithstanding the heavy labilities of the club, they had decided tnat the time had come when they would prudently proceed with the work. The plane, had been approved and the work would be commenced forthwith, and should be finished in about eighteen months. It would be a satisfaction for taembers to know that this stand would provide excellent accommodation for the outside public, who had for so many years supported the club's meetings.
