continuation or inquiry. MR. MURRAY WITHDRAWS. Notification has been given by Mr. W. JL Murray that he will take further part in the inquiry which is'to be continued this afternoon into the allegation! of waste and extravagance on the part of the City Council. Mr. Murray said hie decision was made on legal advice, die solicitor has stated that Mr. Murray's beet .action is to constitute the public his jury and to continue addressing public meetings.
